Dropping That Beer Belly
If you look over the Internet on how to get rid of that beer belly, you will get the same answer over and over again. The answer is, quit drinking, exercise, and stop eating so much. I am the type of person that is not willing to do any of those things. I have tried over and over again with no results. I’m just lazy and I love my beer and fatty foods. So the question comes down to how I am going to reduce that ugly bloated beer belly of mine.
What’s in a Beer Belly?
First, lets find out what is inside of a beer belly. A pot belly results from a severely blocked colon, caused by years of buildup of waste inside the body. When John Wayne the famous cowboy actor died they found 60 pounds of compacted hard fecal matter stuck to the lining of his intestines. Evidence suggests this is the result of excessive mucus secretions, stuck food particles, environmental toxins, and constipation.
Doctors found that the heavy mucus coating in the colon thickens when drinking beer and becomes a host of putrefication. The blood capillaries to the colon pick up the toxins, poisons and noxious debris as it seeps through the bowel wall. This causes further bloating and gas. On top of this beer causes your body to become water logged and hold excess water.
Beer Belly Reducer
You might ask what can I do about this? One of the best ways to reduce this mucus, putrefication and excess water is to go on a colon cleanse. There are several different ways to cleanse your stomach it to go on a diet such as a juice fast, but I am not the one to fast so lets look at another option. The easiest way is to buy a colon cleanser supplement. Either pill form or drink form will work. There isn’t much to it. The supplement will help flush out your colon by pulling in extra water and by eating away at the thick mucus lining. Be careful when using these type of supplements, you never want to be to far away from a toilet. Another good way to reduce that beer belly is to take some weight loss pills that work as diuretics. Diuretics help pull excess water off of your body. If you are a heavy beer drinker then you most likely have plenty of excess water. Some people can have as much as 10-15 pounds of excess water in their body.
If you are any less lazy than me you could try to exercise or eat healthy. Eating healthy and exercising would probably be the best way to lose the beer belly but how many people are there that will really do that.
