Flex Enervive can be used as a belly fat burner to some degree.  You can apply the gel pads to your abs to get a workout. They claim that using Flex Enervive for 30 minutes is like doing 500 crunches! In addition, when muscles are built up they can burn more fat.  Each pound of fat burns about 2 or 3 calories. A pound of muscle, on the other hand, can burn up to 50 calories! That’s a huge difference and can really add up over time.

On the official website for Flex Enervive they claim that it has been proven to work in a few studies. Usually we look for fat burners that are backed up by studies because they tend to be more effective. But we need to be able to view the studies.

Flex Enervive references clinical trials but no where on the website did they list the information about the information about how the study was conducted. This makes us wonder if it was a biased study or the results were not as conclusive as they claim.

There are some Flex Enervive customer reviews on the official website.  These reviews are obviously biased.  Reviews on other sites seem to reflect the fact that Flex Enervive does not work nearly as well as they advertise.  Losing weight and toning muscles is still going to take work.

Will Flex Enervive work for me?

Flex Enervive costs $200.  In addition to this you have to spend upwards of $20 for the gel pads which can be used about 20 to 30 times. You may also have to buy the recharger which further bumps up the cost.

If you do not achieve your desired results you can be comforted to some degree knowing that you can get your money back with the 60 day guarantee.  Even though Flex Enervive sounds amazing it’s important to remember that losing weight and building muscles takes time and effort.  You cannot expect a product like Flex Enervive to do it all for you. It may enhance a current program but should not be used alone.
